An Ohio Wedding On The Beach

St Hazards has been host to several weddings on Middle Bass Island. And this May, we were fortunate to have another nice wedding ceremony right on the water.

This might be the only place on the Erie islands where people have weddings right on the beach!

Hazards can cater the reception, too, if you wish.

And don't forget -- St. Hazards is also the destination of choice for many bachelor and bachelorette parties!

June 26, 2010 - A Special Day at St. Hazards

June 25th was the first Saturday of summer and it was one of the best days ever at St. Hazards. Our wi-fi tower was capped off at 160 ft., a pig roast fed more than 100, soccer fans watched the USA team play on our big screen TV, the Pool Party had Island Fun for all ages, the Huron Lagoons Marina had a boating outing at Hazards and ... a wedding!
Hazards is a big place and we were happy to take care of all of our guests.

Engagement at Hazards

This past Sunday Jose and Pamela became engaged to be married with a proposal right at the bar just minutes before their ferry left for home. Pamela had been to Hazards many years before, but this was the first ever visit for Jose, who is from California. Here are the pictures right as the proposal happened.
